Copyleft Notice

The distinctions, thoughtmaps, heartware, thoughtware, models, and processes where defined are copyleft. This means they cannot be copyrighted. They are open-code thoughtware from Collaborative Governance Solutions Collective and are donated to the creative commons. Licensed under Creative Commons Attribute and Share Alike International 4.0 License - CC BY SA Int'l 4.0 by Collaborative Governance Solutions Collective.

The MC2 Universe framework also known as The Holonet, and The Gaia Stream framework, is licensed under Attribution 4.0 International.

Parts of MC2 are copyleft, which means that it cannot be copyrighted. Parts of MC2 are open source code, which means that the original distinctions, thoughtmaps, thoughtware, models, and processes are freely available for people to use, improve, and derive further works. Specifically, we adopt the Creative Commons licensing protocol (Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike International 4.0 License) (CC BY S-A Intl. 4.0) which states that derived works should also carry the legal attribution and share-alike clauses. Anybody, anywhere, who has the ability to consciously understand and responsibly use the thoughtware, distinctions, thoughtmaps, tools and processes of MC2 has full authority and responsibility to further expand, deepen, clarify, evolve, apply, and share them. All further development of MC2 feeds Gaia’s creative commons ecosystem.

Copyleft is appropriate because the growing set of tools, processes, and thoughtmaps through which MC2 tools are applied come from an inexhaustible source of clarity and possibility open to all who can access it.

The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.

This means they are open-code thoughtware donated to the Creative Commons and thus Stream by their rightful stewards and licensed under Creative Commons Attribute and Share Alike International 4.0 License - CC BY SA Int'l 4.0 by the heart.tools notices and cogov.tools notices, respectfully.

Some of the distinctions, thoughtmaps, and models are original sources from possibilitymanagement.org and are copyleft. This means they cannot be copyrighted. The open-code thoughtware from Possibility Management was donated to the Creative Commons and integrated into CoGov under a Creative Commons Attribute and Share Alike International 4.0 License - CC BY SA Int'l 4.0.

Copyright Notice

Although MC2, A Unified Field of Possibility is marked with CC BY SA Int'l 4.0, some of its participants listed as a Technology, Protocol, or Network Component carry each their own licensing model.

As such, parts of this work are derived from or connected to third party source licenses, such as MC2, Inc., MC3, Inc., Ceramic, JLINC, Tru, Holochain, Lux, Casper, and many others. Please refer to the specific Technology, Protocol, or Network Component for specific licensing inquiries.

Some of the distinctions, components, tools, technologies, methods, and processes in Network and Technologies, such as Pro & SaaS Tiers, SaaS Billing + Basic Tier, Faya AI Bot, and parts of the Digital Dashboard and their original source work derived from mc3.network, playmc2.com, or mc3us.com are copyright. This means they cannot be duplicated without explicit consent from their holders. This means they have not been donated to the Creative Commons and therefore the MC2 Universe does not have any authority in granting usage or allocation rights to third parties.
